Kline's Advanced Business Writing course provided just that.
Offered in a user-friendly setting, the Advanced Business Writing
workshop presented me with strategies I could begin to use immediately
to improve my writing style and communicate more clearly, confidently
and persuasively in all types of business documents.
Susan Kline's emphasis on critical thinking and planning as the
introduction to an effective writing process was really the key. By
identifying the purpose, audience, and format of the document before
beginning to write, I have significantly cut down on my editing and
revision time.
Ms. Kline is an eloquent and highly approachable coach who provided
techniques and practical advice to help me develop my ability to bring
my intended message from concept to written reality.
Quickly moving from grammar conventions and tips on punctuation, to the
final "Writer's Checklist" this workshop gave me the
"must-have" resources every business writer needs to convey a
message of clarity, confidence, and sincerity. Ms. Kline has proven to
be the ultimate resource by offering to review writing samples and
providing intuitive, succinct advice for several of my more difficult
writing projects.
